So, I have had the brutal realization that I've let my children down. Brandon had no idea of Stevie Ray Vahaughn or B.B. King or so many others just make me smile and tap my foot. Well, he wants to play the guitar. All great guitar players have to be well submerged in different types of music. So I got on youtube, and started to play clips for him. I was so sad that he was so clueless. I'd even forgotten about so many groups and songs that still make me happy. Then, I came across REM (thus the name of the blog).



I'd been told awhile (7 years or so) ago to start blogging, but really didn't think much of it. Right, how was "I" going to find time to do that?!? Okay, fast forward to January when I "started" this, but just couldn't pull myself to do sit down this long. Now, it is nearly August, and finally am putting in my first posting.

I've been taking pictures with the intention of posting them. I will get them up, but right now, I am on a new computer without any pictures downloaded. I've been still long enough! This is going to be fun!
